Legends 62 Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
   This giveaway is run by Legends 62 Pub, Swellendam. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.

2. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to all South African residents aged 18 years or older.

• Employees of Legends 62, their immediate family members, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Mechanics

• To enter, participants must tag the Legends 62 Facebook page in their comment and use the hashtag #legends62.

• Only entries submitted via Facebook and meeting the entry requirements will be eligible.

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

4. Competition Period

• The giveaway opens on Friday 13th June 2025 and closes on 1 July 2025

• No late entries will be accepted.

5. Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected randomly using a random winner selection tool after the competition closing date.

• The winner will be announced on the Legends 62 Facebook page and contacted via Facebook message.

• If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, Legends 62 reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Prize

• The prize consists of 2 tickets and a R250 meal voucher to the Gerhard Steyn featuring Tino show at Legends 62 Pub, Swellendam as well as a R1000 Pick n Pay voucher.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

7. General

• Legends 62 reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.

• By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

• The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material related to the competition.

8. Privacy

• Any personal data provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties.
